MSI Automate is seeking highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI, with occasional remote work opportunities.

About Aftermarket Sales Coordinator:

The Aftermarket Sales Coordinator drives a variety of tasks related to enhancing the customer experience, including but not limited to, daily customer interaction via phone & email for quotations, research, ordering, inventory, warranty processing, service scheduling, supervising service execution as well as inter-company communication with a variety of departments. As a member of the Aftermarket Team, the Sales Coordinator will also assist in drafting proposals, standardizing templates, and organizing electronic file systems. Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and fellow coworkers are essential to this position.

Aftermarket Sales Coordinator Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the material handling industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint
  • Expected travel <10%
